Meet BJ and Christopher Cole

B.J. has been a Realtor since 1987 and an Associate Broker with Realty ONE Group (formerly John Hall and Associates) since 2000. She holds the ABR designation (Accredited Buyer’s Representative) as well as the SRS designation (Seller Representitive Specialist) and as such will represent your best interests and work on your behalf. Chris joined the team in 2008. He brings with him over 22 years of specialized appraisal experience in the luxury and exceptional home market. Chris has appraised and seen more luxury homes than almost anyone in the Scottsdale/Paradise Valley area so he is very comfortable working in this environment. His network of contacts with other agents, builders, and lenders is extensive. In addition to his appraisal experience, he has also renovated and built luxury homes, so he may pick up details in homes others would miss. With current market conditions being what they are, having someone who can draw on this knowledge and expertise can be an invaluable asset to you. Chris is a member of the Employee Relocation Council and has held the CRP (Certified Relocation Professional) designation for over 10 years. He is also a member of the Appraisal Institute and has held the SRA designation since 1990. Chris also holds the SRS (Seller Representitive Specialits) designation.
